The structure for Birthing Intuition is a five–step process of transformation. Each step corresponds to a phase of pregnancy as well as labor, and provides the framework for the program. Participation begins at 4 to 6 months of pregnancy. The final meeting occurs after the birth.

Sessions may be scheduled depending on each group's needs. The facilitators provide a home visit soon after your baby is born and a final group gathering after all the babies are born.
